5K, 13K Run or Cycle, and Youth Run
Bring the entire family out for a fantastic day of exercise, hydration, and fun! Make sure and stick around for refreshments, character appearances, and our FUN ZONE! It’s guaranteed to be a great time for everyone!!
All proceeds support KFHfL’s mission to promote proper hydration and prevent heat illness.
6:30am – Race Day Registration & Packet-Pickup
7:00am– 13k & 5k Start Time
8:00am – Fun Zone Opens!!
8:30am – 5k & 13k Awards
8:45am – Youth Run events start
9:00am – Toddler Trot
9:10am – 1K Youth Run
10:30am – Fun Zone Closes/Event Concludes
