St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School and Clorox present: SLAY THE DISTANCE
Goal: Walk, run, bike, or swim as many miles as possible across your family of participants (not to exceed 6) over one month, from September 14th through October 14th, 2020
Who: Anyone can make a team, one family per team please. Invite your friends and extended family to form their own team or join yours (no more than 6 members per team). Prizes can be shipped.
How: Use the linked "tracker worksheet" to track your family's miles. Print and fill out by hand, or keep track online. Submit the form to slaythedistance@gmail.com by Friday, October 16th at 4pm OR drop off in person on Thursday, October 15 from 2-4pm in the new parking lot just west of the church addition at St. Vincent de Paul.
Prizes: ALL participants will receive a t-shirt and entry for the Grand Prize drawing: running shoes for the whole family from Rush Running! The top three families who accumulate the most miles will receive a prize package worth over $100.

T-Shirt and Prize Pick-Up will be held drive thru style at the front door of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School on Saturday, October 17 from 9am - Noon.
* The provided tracker (in receipt) will be the only tracker accepted. Miles for all 6 registered participants count. Use a GPS, or estimate to your best ability.
* No electric or motorized bikes, scooters, or hoverboards count for miles. Stationary bikes and treadmills are fine! Accessibility devices such as wheelchairs are fully acceptable.
* Example: 20 minute walk = 1 mile. If the whole family goes, every can count a mile! Also, if 3 family members go for a 5 mile bike ride, they may enter 5 miles for each teammate for 15 total miles.
