ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. YOU MAY REGISTER AT THE PACKET PICK-UP OR ON RACE DAY. Join us for the 2nd Annual Back The Badge 5k Run/Walk or the new 10k addition for 2017! All proceeds will benefit the Shelby Township Police Honor Guard. Check in and day of registration will open at 5:30 pm and the 10k will begin at 7 pm with the 5k run/walk shortly after. Run in honor of Michigan’s Fallen Police Officers. T-shirts and completion medals to all participants. (Shirts are only guaranteed through August 11th) Bib-chip timing by Hanson’s Race Management. DJ Entertainment. Post race refreshments/snacks. Participants 21 years of age and older with valid identification will receive 2 (4oz) samples of beer compliments of Tilted Axis Brewing Co. Awards to overall top male/female, masters, and grand masters for both distances. Course is mostly paved, some trail with rolling hills.
Packet pickup and registration available Thursday, August 17 at the Shelby Township Police Department at 52530 Van Dyke Shelby Twp. MI 48316 from 2 pm until 8 pm.
Day of registration price increases $10 for both events.
